Requirements
- 3–7 years of professional experience in supply chain planning, analytics, or a closely related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline; Master's preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management fundamentals, planning, and inventory management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
- Familiarity with ERP, procurement, or demand management platforms like SAP, I-Valua, ProcureAnt, or o9.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities including root cause analysis.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Buganizer or GUTS is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management principles, including cross-functional coordination and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and vendor stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain planning data to identify trends, patterns, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate recurring reports on key performance indicators and provide clear, data-driven insights.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability aligns with demand forecasts.
- Initiate purchase requisitions and expedite delayed purchase orders with vendors.
- Manage assigned vendors and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to maintain efficient inventory flows.
- Implement process improvements and define performance metrics and dashboards.
- Manage workflows and stakeholder requests through ticketing systems.
