Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk roles.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Python or Bash, including ability to run/adapt scripts.
- Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- General understanding of databases, APIs, and message queues such as Kafka.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and structured approach to troubleshooting.
- B1 or higher English level.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, or Slack workflows (nice to have).
- Experience with Onyx AI or similar knowledge management tools (nice to have).
- Ability to write code in Python, Go, or SQL (nice to have).
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Identify, initiate, and implement automation improvements for support tasks.
- Investigate and resolve incoming user questions in Slack channels.
- Automate support processes using Slack workflows, scripts, bots, and AI-powered tools.
- Contribute to on-call process automation and collect incident statistics.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and internal runbooks.
- Enhance the platform's AI-powered chat and support tools.
