Requirements
- 8 years of applicable account/client service management experience with a proven track record of success in managing and growing client accounts.
- Experience owning full-service engagements for clients, including strategy, planning, digital initiatives, websites, apps, and media.
- Strong digital expertise, with a bonus for technical knowledge in platform integrations, CMS execution, and digital ecosystems.
- Healthcare industry experience or experience in other highly regulated industries preferred.
- Experience using AI to transform marketing programs and improve efficiency strongly preferred.
- Strong team player who effectively collaborates across internal and external teams.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level stakeholders and navigate complex business discussions.
- Executive presence and strong business acumen.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted client relationships by serving as a strategic advisor on business objectives and digital strategy.
- Own the growth, health, and profitability of a portfolio of accounts totaling $5-7M in revenue.
- Lead client-facing financial communications, including budget updates, scope changes, and resourcing shifts.
- Manage senior client stakeholders across separate business units, navigating complex priorities and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Drive strategic direction and develop proactive account plans to identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to move initiatives from strategy to execution and optimization.
- Develop high-quality briefs, presentations, and statements of work to advance client initiatives.
