Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience supporting an enterprise ERP environment.
- Direct experience with Deltek applications (Costpoint, Time & Expense, GovWin) preferred.
- Strong SQL skills, including practical experience writing and tuning queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of IBM Cognos Business Intelligence or Cognos Analytics.
- Experience with Active Directory administration and application authentication.
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems and current Microsoft desktop applications.
- Working knowledge of networking and network protocols.
- Proven ability to manage open issues to closure without internal reminders.
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for Deltek applications including Costpoint, Time & Expense, GCS, CER, and GovWin.
- Act as a point of escalation for first-tier support teams.
- Apply updates, hot-fixes, and patches as required for system maintenance.
- Support client upgrades, environment refreshes, and cloud/hosted migrations.
- Manage cases with Deltek Support, supplying diagnostics and ensuring client updates.
- Troubleshoot database and application layers, including writing and tuning SQL queries.
- Support and troubleshoot the IBM Cognos reporting layer and data modules.
- Maintain 3rd party application support and provide user training.
