Requirements
- 3-5+ years of work experience in video editing, production, or post-production.
- Demonstrated experience editing video content for digital platforms.
- Experience managing production calendars, content strategy, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex video and podcast content projects.
- Experience in recording and directing video and audio content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Theology, or related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw video and audio footage into polished content for YouTube, podcasts, and social media.
- Perform color correction, audio mixing, sound design, motion graphics, and captioning.
- Manage the video production calendar to ensure alignment with marketing and SEO goals.
- Review and proofread video scripts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
- Lead select video and podcast projects from creative concept through production to final delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize content and track key performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain efficient intake, evaluation, and publishing processes for video content.
