Requirements
- Expert-level SQL skills for complex data modeling.
- Proficiency in Python for automating statistical significance calculations.
- Experience with dbt and Lightdash for data transformation and visualization.
- Deep understanding of experimentation instrumentation (Segment events, Flagsmith randomization).
- Strong foundation in statistical methods: power analysis, significance testing, and interaction effects.
- Fluency in growth analytics metrics: CAC, LTV, and channel economics.
- AI-native workflow: daily use of AI for coding, analysis, and process optimization.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience working in a remote environment with US-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end experimentation program including test design, power calculations, and readout standards.
- Develop and maintain a self-serve experimentation layer using Lightdash, Python, and AI tools.
- Build and maintain a trusted, instrumented acquisition-to-conversion funnel model across all brands and channels.
- Prioritize experimentation roadmap metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with CRO and Growth PMs to provide decision-grade insights and influence strategy.
- Automate routine experiment tracking and health checks to minimize manual ticket-based work.
