Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Deep expertise in Databricks and modern lakehouse architecture (Delta Lake, Spark).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and their data services.
- Proficiency in data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and distributed data processing.
- Experience with orchestration tools and transformation frameworks in production.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience working with healthcare data (Epic, HL7, FHIR, claims).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery and partner with executive-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own architecture and delivery for modern data platforms end-to-end.
- Shape client data strategy and design scalable solutions.
- Lead implementation efforts from design through production.
- Partner directly with client stakeholders, from requirements through executive updates.
- Mentor internal team members and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Advise clients on architecture, scalability, and platform evolution.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve blockers to team progress.
