Requirements
- Proven experience in building and maintaining automated test infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in reading and writing code to debug across the stack.
- Experience with SQL and testing front and backend web services.
- Familiarity with AI-native workflows (e.g., Claude Code, browser MCPs).
- Expertise in modern testing frameworks (Cypress preferred).
- Experience shaping quality processes in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Ability to work effectively across product, design, and operations teams.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
- Strong technical depth across multiple layers of a web application stack.
Responsibilities
- Design and expand E2E and integration test suites using Cypress.
- Own the full bug lifecycle from triage to production resolution.
- Partner with PMs, Designers, and Data teams to review requirements and identify risks early.
- Identify and resolve gaps in the quality delivery process.
- Conduct exploratory testing on web and mobile platforms to catch edge cases.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize quality operations and reduce repetitive testing tasks.
