Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of active Program Management experience.
- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing technology programs with budgets of $25MM or greater.
- Experience managing large distributed teams of at least 50 matrixed resources.
- Experience with financial services industry customers.
- Experience developing and estimating client statements of work.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of service delivery models and supply chain processes.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement program governance, including status, risk, and issue management.
- Manage program-level budgets, financial forecasting, and procurement reporting.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and deliver executive-level status reports.
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery, quality, and alignment with the statement of work.
- Supervise and mentor assigned project managers and program staff.
- Collaborate with leadership to define program scope and manage contract modifications.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding for program resources.
