- Proven experience managing highly engaging social accounts for disruptive brands, creators, or online communities.
- Ability to execute ideas in minutes (speed over perfection).
- Flawless cultural judgment to balance edginess with brand safety.
- Preferred: Experience in gaming, eSports, creator networks, Web3, or consumer tech.
- Preferred: Lightweight multimedia skills in CapCut, Premiere, Figma, or Photoshop.
- Preferred: Track record of independently growing an organic social audience from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Write, design, and drop platform-native content including memes, shitposts, graphics, text threads, and short-form video concepts.
- Monitor the internet 24/7 to deploy reactive content for brand-related cultural moments or gaming trends within minutes.
- Define and execute a distinct, sharp, and community-driven brand voice.
- Engage actively in conversations on the timelines of creators, competitors, and community members.
- Brainstorm and execute high-engagement video hooks for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Influencer teams to turn announcements into engaging social events.
