- Prior experience in Ad Tech building interactive or rich-media mobile experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build fault-tolerant, data-intensive client-side systems.
- Proven track record delivering user-facing features with a focus on UI polish and performance.
- Experience leveraging GenAI tools to increase productivity.
- Fluency in product metrics and experiment design using tools like BigQuery, HEX, or Firebase.
- BS degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design to transform Video Ads into an industry-leading format.
- Provide technical guidance and conduct design reviews for Android ad formats.
- Lead the development lifecycle from discovery and prototyping to deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for testing and operational excellence.
