Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building production web applications with JavaScript.
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js.
- Hands-on production experience with Next.js, including SSR, static generation, and routing.
- Deep understanding of React concepts: hooks, state management, context, and rendering behavior.
- Strong command of ES6+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and state management libraries like Redux.
- Proven experience designing and integrating REST-based third-party APIs.
- Ownership of frontend performance optimization, debugging, and browser testing.
- Experience with modern build tooling such as Webpack or Babel.
- Track record of leading code reviews, refactoring, and improving engineering standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to UI/UX detail.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build robust, scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Own significant features end to end, from technical design through rollout.
- Drive frontend performance including SSR, static generation, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-engaging features.
- Raise the quality bar through code reviews, refactoring, and testing.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers to grow team capability.
