Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Administration, or ETL development.
- Strong expertise in SQL performance tuning and database architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Redshift, Aurora, SQL Server, DynamoDB).
- Strong programming skills using Python or Bash.
- Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, AWS Glue, or Step Functions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for database deployments and schema management.
- Understanding of cloud-native data architecture, security, and governance.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.
- Develop scalable data workflows in AWS cloud environments.
- Review, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries to improve performance.
- Administer and maintain AWS database services like Redshift, Aurora, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers to investigate and resolve production issues.
- Develop monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability.
