Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of professional experience in enterprise software testing or quality engineering.
Strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions.
Solid understanding of manual and automated software testing methodologies.
Experience testing mobile applications and enterprise software within Agile environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills with experience investigating failures across application, database, and test environments.
Practical experience with SQL and application/web server log analysis.
Familiarity with cloud automation and DevOps practices (AWS is an advantage).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across engineering and technical teams.
Demonstrated technical leadership experience, including mentoring or supporting others.

Define test strategies, scope testing activities, and review product requirements and engineering specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain repeatable automated testing solutions and comprehensive QA test plans.
Establish and improve test methodologies and automation practices to support parallel development.
Integrate automated testing into development and DevOps workflows to improve efficiency and release confidence.
Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate and resolve complex test failures using SQL and log analysis.
Test enterprise software across multiple platforms, including mobile applications.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
