Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with software testing techniques and quality assurance activities.
- Proven experience planning, creating, executing, tracking, and reporting test cases and defects.
- Experience defining, monitoring, and reporting quality processes, metrics, and indicators.
- Advanced knowledge of functional testing for desktop and mobile applications, and usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of automated testing, performance testing, and API testing.
- Experience developing testing scripts and generating data for test scenarios.
- Advanced knowledge of Gherkin, Kanoah, Jira, BDD, and Postman or SoapUI.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is desirable.
- Strong skills in test optimization, prioritization, and organization.
- Undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Ability to work remotely from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the impact of new functionalities on assigned solutions and execute automated regression tests.
- Execute, maintain, and improve internal testing frameworks by introducing new tools and techniques.
- Plan, create, document, and execute manual and automated test cases based on technical and functional requirements.
- Contribute to the creation of automated test scenarios and develop scripts for generating test data.
- Validate development processes and documentation to support compliance with quality standards.
- Create quality indicators and metrics to optimize regression testing efforts.
- Prepare and deliver management-level status reports on testing progress, risks, and findings.
- Train and support new team members in the use of testing tools, policies, and frameworks.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote environment.
