Requirements
- Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Experience in product management and customer journeys.
- Solid understanding of technology and associated industry trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge traditional thinking.
- Experience working with significant, complex delivery pipelines for clients.
- Fluent English and Danish.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with client product and business owners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical development and escalation resolution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the Kraken platform and delivery processes.
- Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
- Articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines to guide internal platform development.
- Support engineering teams in delivering product features.
- Challenge clients to adapt to continuous iteration and deployment methodologies.
