Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Technical Program Manager in an agile B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize across strategic, customer, and technical inputs.
- Technical literacy to read API specs and understand engineering architecture.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and API integrations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a complex, structured backlog.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the engineering team backlog with a mix of strategic features, escalations, technical debt, and bugs.
- Prioritize competing inputs from product strategy, customer success, and engineering, making trade-offs explicit.
- Identify and escalate technical, organizational, or cross-team blockers to ensure minimal impact on delivery.
- Facilitate engineering ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Engineers to create well-formed user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
- Triage customer escalations in partnership with Support and Customer Success.
- Provide clear, honest updates on shipping status and risks to stakeholders.
