Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2C products.
- Strong experience designing both web and mobile products with a unified design system.
- Proficiency in production-ready motion design, with Rive preferred or Lottie as an alternative.
- Proven experience building design systems with reusable components, variables, and themes.
- Strong product thinking with understanding of metrics like activation, conversion, and retention.
- Ability to design complex UX for AI models, usage costs, and asynchronous processes.
- Basic visual identity and branding skills including logo, typography, and color systems.
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and balance quality with technical constraints.
- Fluency in Ukrainian for internal communication.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Define the product's visual language, design principles, design system, and key UX flows from the ground up.
- Design UX for AI-powered experiences including onboarding, generation states, and token-based economics.
- Build a scalable, cross-platform design system with shared logic, variables, and responsive behaviors.
- Create production-ready motion, micro-interactions, and animations using Rive or Lottie.
- Collaborate with engineers to balance UX quality, visual polish, and technical implementation.
- Contribute to product growth metrics such as activation, conversion, monetization, and retention.
- Define visual identity elements including typography, color systems, and logo direction.
- Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear, scalable user experiences.
