Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models.
  • Deep familiarity with accounting workflows, including core functionalities involving General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures.
  • Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value and guide customers toward scalable approaches.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Microsoft F&O, supporting complex, high-impact customers with multi-entity, multi-ERP, and global financial environments.
  • Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding Microsoft F&O integration, configuration, and system design.
  • Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving F&O, HRIS, and API integrations.
  • Participate in technical discovery to understand customer F&O environments and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture including when and how to use Ramp's API.
  • Troubleshoot Dynamics F&O integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp's ability to support F&O integration use cases across a growing customer base.
  • Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling F&O customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
