Job Details

3+ years of experience in creative production, creative operations, or a comparable production-focused role.
Experience in mobile gaming, iGaming, or B2C digital products.
Hands-on experience with AI-based creative generation tools.
Experience with mobile-first advertising formats for platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts, write briefs and scripts, and edit photo and video content.
Practical experience sourcing and coordinating footage, music, graphics, and other creative assets.
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and data usage.
Strong project management and coordination skills to manage multiple workstreams.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Comfortable working with explicit or adult-oriented advertising content.

Own the end-to-end creative production pipeline for the user acquisition team, covering concept development, production, iteration, and delivery of video, static, and GIF advertising assets.
Manage the complete landing-page and funnel production process, including quizzes, one-pagers, and interactive formats.
Proactively research, develop, and test new creative concepts, formats, and approaches.
Analyze creative and campaign performance to make data-informed decisions.
Prepare clear creative briefs and scripts and contribute directly to the production and editing of photo and video content.
Coordinate freelance creative teams and external agencies.
Explore AI-powered creative generation and automation tools to improve production efficiency.
Collaborate with performance marketing and cross-functional teams.
