Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience leading end-to-end UX research, from study design and recruiting to synthesis.
- Fluency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and the ability to design complex workflows.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of accessibility principles and best practices in design.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment.
- Knowledge of behavioral design or cognitive psychology principles is a plus.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, fintech products, or payment systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis.
- Frame research questions and select appropriate methodologies to support a continuous discovery process.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable design opportunities to shape the product roadmap.
- Build and maintain a shared research repository to ensure insights are accessible across the team.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically consistent interfaces for web applications.
- Own design tasks from low-fidelity wireframes to pixel-perfect, high-fidelity prototypes.
- Partner with engineers during implementation to ensure design quality and fidelity.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define feature scope, requirements, and success metrics.
- Present design concepts, research findings, and rationale to stakeholders with clarity.
