Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Medical Device experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management and ability to work independently.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or QuickBooks preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations.
- Must be able to work at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.
- Travel requirement of 10%.
Responsibilities
- Manage all Value Analysis Committee (VAC) submission documentation for new customers.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance departments for new account setups.
- Generate and distribute customer onboarding reports and sales metrics.
- Create sales quotations and maintain the ERP system.
- Analyze customer financial capacities to suggest solutions within company guidelines.
- Facilitate equipment upgrade processes and purchase conversions.
- Provide responsive, professional service to customers via phone and email.
- Document interactions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality departments on ECO processes for VAC submissions.
