Requirements

  • Proven professional experience as a Front End Developer or in a comparable web development role.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including SASS, with the ability to produce clean, semantic, and well-structured code.
  • Strong JavaScript skills and hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, or comparable modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience developing hand-coded HTML emails, including an understanding of cross-client rendering limitations.
  • Familiarity with NPM, Git, and task runners such as Gulp or Grunt.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Experience working with web services, APIs, and JSON-based data.
  • Familiarity with third-party advertising and ad-serving platform implementations.
  • Basic design skills and a strong appreciation for creative direction.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical constraints to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Practical experience using Generative AI tools for front-end development and ability to build effective AI-assisted workflows.
  • Strong technical judgment when evaluating AI-generated code, including ability to identify errors, security concerns, and performance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Translate creative and design concepts into accurate, responsive, and production-ready front-end experiences across banners, CRM, email, microsites, and other digital projects.
  • Build and maintain projects across relevant digital platforms, custom developments, and mobile-responsive applications.
  • Develop clean, reliable, maintainable code that follows established coding standards, methodologies, best practices, and release requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA and testing teams to validate functionality, performance, and expected behavior before and after release.
  • Own day-to-day bug fixing, investigating issues efficiently and communicating solutions clearly with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with creative and design teams to assess the technical feasibility of concepts and layouts.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and iterative delivery activities.
  • Research emerging technologies, frameworks, tools, and development practices.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, and other development activities.
  • Critically review AI-generated code and recommendations, validating outputs before incorporating them into production.
