Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Operations or GTM Operations, with 3+ years leading teams.
- Proven track record driving large-scale operational transformation within global sales organizations, such as CRM consolidation and CPQ implementation.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and CPQ.
- Experience building and executing a GTM tools roadmap in partnership with IT.
- Proven experience managing a global Deal Desk function, including pricing, quoting, contracting, and approvals.
- Experience leading structured change management programs across global sales organizations.
- Strong master data governance expertise, including defining standards for data integrity, compliance, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML applications in sales or operations.
- Experience with modern analytics platforms such as Databricks and Power BI.
- Proven ability to reduce deal cycle times and improve seller productivity through process automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 20-25 operations professionals across deal desk, data governance, and platform management functions.
- Drive connected seller experience through the evolution of Salesforce, CPQ, and related sales applications.
- Lead CRM consolidation to eliminate redundancy, align data, and reduce operational complexity.
- Oversee the global Deal Desk/Sales Support function for pricing, quoting, contracting, and approvals.
- Lead change management strategies for sales process and platform transformations to drive adoption.
- Champion AI/ML integration across the sales tech stack for enhanced analytics and personalization.
- Establish clear accountability frameworks and performance metrics for team success.
