Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field.
- Dual degrees are considered a plus.
- Ability to break down ambiguously defined tasks into actionable steps.
- Comprehensive understanding of statistics, optimization, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in coding.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Innovate ML algorithms to maximize ROI and advertising performance.
- Create new algorithms, improve state-of-the-art methods, and apply classic methods.
- Write production code to implement novel ML algorithms.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on implementation.
- Prototype algorithms and pipelines.
- Test algorithms using historical data and iterate based on insights.
