Requirements
- Extensive experience spanning the entire design lifecycle for complex B2B products.
- Proven experience designing for workflow management, CRM, or data-centric products.
- Technical ability to read and understand API design and translate it into UX implications.
- Experience leading rapid prototyping to de-risk complex initiatives and build alignment.
- Ability to contribute to and work within a mature design system.
- Strong ability to collaborate strategically across functions at the leadership level.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Curiosity and openness to adopting new tools including Figma, Notion, and emerging AI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex ideas through thoughtful reduction.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX for admin workflow setup and integrations within supplier order management.
- Treat design patterns as reusable, documented systems to improve team effectiveness.
- Lead discovery initiatives to define undefined territory including routing, triage strategy, and ERP integration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in operations, sales, product management, and engineering to define strategy.
- Conduct design-led activities such as workshops, journey mapping, and prototyping.
- Mentor other designers and advocate for design excellence through critique and pattern stewardship.
- Conduct in-person customer research and validation once per quarter.
