Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product and digital brand design.
- Direct experience leading and managing design teams.
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, interaction, and motion design.
- Demonstrated ability to design for complex, data-dense product flows.
- Deep experience partnering with frontend engineering (Next.js/TypeScript).
- Fluency in Figma and Framer.
- Strong systems thinking capability to evolve design and typographic systems.
- Experience in B2B or marketplace product design preferred.
- Experience scaling a design function in a startup environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design function with authority, setting UI/UX and brand direction for both product and marketing.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing design team while setting uncompromising quality standards.
- Own the visual, interaction, and motion design across the core product and marketing surfaces.
- Evolve the design system, typographic system, and overall visual language.
- Partner closely with frontend engineering to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
- Design complex product flows, including dashboards, configurators, and geospatial UIs.
