Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or equivalent sales experience.
- Strong systematic thinking and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to express and argue a point of view clearly.
- Self-organized with the ability to take on challenges.
- Passion and drive to independently research digital marketing.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Basic understanding of online advertising or affiliate marketing (advantageous).
- Additional foreign language knowledge (Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese) (advantageous).
- Practical experience with AI use cases (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Expand into new markets.
- Support existing partners and increase purchasing volumes.
- Analyze marketing metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with the anti-fraud system.
- Maintain communication with Monetization and Product teams.
- Build processes for the new department and internal admin system.
- Recruit new partners and cultivate long-term relationships.
