Requirements
- Ability to pass a U.S. Tier 3 background investigation (requires U.S. citizenship).
- Proficiency in Python.
- Proven experience designing and operating production data infrastructure and pipelines.
- Deep PostgreSQL experience (self-managed or RDS/Aurora) including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience with graph data modeling and network analysis (Neo4j and Cypher preferred).
- Production experience deploying and configuring containerized services to AWS.
- Knowledge of architectural trade-offs when deploying graph-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate end-to-end data infrastructure for APIs, containerized applications, and automated alerts.
- Model and deploy relational, document, and graph databases to support investigative workflows and network analysis.
- Build resilient ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting and normalizing data from internal databases, REST APIs, and blockchain nodes.
- Maintain data quality, lineage, and provenance for critical outputs used in enforcement and litigation.
- Automate systems integration and deployment through CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions into AWS cloud environments.
- Partner with data scientists and investigations teams to translate intelligence requirements into production software.
