Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken German to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Ability to follow defined processes, checklists, and quality gates consistently.
- Strong ability to systematically structure tasks and manage parallel project activities.
- Detail-oriented approach to maintaining clear and structured documentation, such as templates and SOPs.
- Confident use of Google Suite and common project management software like Smartsheet and Airtable.
- Readiness to use new technologies, including AI tools for project management.
- Persistence in ensuring commitments are met and addressing open points.
- Capacity to understand field teams and customer perspectives to align PMO support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an overview of resource allocation across the portfolio and identify bottlenecks.
- Monitor project deadlines and deliverables while verifying formal Quality Gates.
- Maintain the official project template repository and ensure version control.
- Track project-related orders, delivery logistics, and reorders.
- Prepare customer meeting materials and manage the standardized List of Open Points (LOP).
- Collaborate on writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage project reporting.
