Requirements
- Experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Comfort working across multiple tools and data sources.
- Efficient, everyday use of AI-driven analysis tools as a baseline expectation.
- Proven track record of turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that led to measurable results.
- Strong attention to detail and rigor when validating and cross-checking data.
- Strong communication skills, able to make data understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter, comfortable in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and organize data across multiple platforms (our portal, HubSpot, Notion, and others), using AI tools to speed up and sharpen the analysis.
- Help define key metrics and KPIs for different teams.
- Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports, leveraging AI-driven tools wherever they help you move faster or dig deeper.
- Partner with different teams across the company on their data and reporting needs.
- Look for opportunities to bring more AI-driven approaches into how we track and report on data.
