Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience designing and building websites.
- Portfolio demonstrating both design craft and personally written/shipped front-end code.
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong hands-on technical skills in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and JavaScript.
- Extensive experience working within WordPress themes and Elementor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and component libraries.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot for landing pages, emails, and forms.
- Demonstrated understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, responsive design, and visual hierarchy.
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements and testing tools.
- Familiarity with on-page SEO and Core Web Vitals.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive page templates, components, and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in WordPress.
- Build and maintain reusable blocks and templates in Elementor.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) through markup and script management.
- Manage digital design systems, including components, tokens, and Figma libraries.
- Develop marketing collateral such as emails, forms, and digital ads using HubSpot and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Coordinate video and photography projects and create data visualizations for Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics using GA4 and heatmapping.
