Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer in an AI-native or high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with React and Fastify.
- Hands-on experience with Postgres and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Ability to design and implement complex data pipelines and agentic AI workflows.
- Demonstrated history of building tools that provide internal leverage and productivity improvements.
- Strong orientation toward shipping fast and iterative, outcome-based work.
- High level of autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the core data substrate including pipelines and data warehouses.
- Develop AI agents and internal workflows that leverage data to increase organizational speed.
- Enable the product team and other internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Drive efficiency by building autonomous systems that handle data operations.
- Participate in an initiative-driven, iterative development process focused on customer outcomes.
