Requirements
- Experience in healthcare operations, with a deep understanding of insurance claims and payer relationships.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align people across teams without direct authority.
- Highly organized with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff through launch.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, with the ability to proactively identify next steps independently.
- Clear communication skills, able to distill operational complexity for internal and external partners.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven approach to monitoring performance metrics and translating them into action.
Responsibilities
- Track open payer issues end-to-end, ensuring clear ownership, visibility, and accountability across cross-functional teams until resolution.
- Drive measurable business outcomes by improving RCM efficiency and effectiveness to increase revenue performance.
- Partner with internal operations teams to surface interdependencies and ensure issues move to resolution.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for BD counterparts, triaging and coordinating new requirements and issues across assigned payers.
- Partner with the Business Development Team on payer calls to drive RCM discussions and align stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor for new payer requirements and evolving payer mergers, mobilizing internal teams to implement changes.
- Track and report on RCM performance by payer, surfacing trends and flagging risks.
