Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in digital products.
- Proven experience designing mobile applications.
- Experience working with web products.
- Previous experience working in product teams.
- Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, Prototyping).
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- Strong understanding of User-Centered Design principles.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, or customer interviews.
- Understanding of product metrics and their impact on Activation, Conversion, and Retention.
- Ability to justify design decisions using data and research findings.
- Experience collaborating with developers and conducting quality control for design implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design UX/UI for TutTam mobile applications and web products.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from initial problem research to production.
- Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and Engineers to develop effective product solutions.
- Perform usability testing and validate design solutions.
- Develop and maintain the product design system.
- Prepare design assets for development and oversee implementation quality.
- Participate in the formulation and testing of product hypotheses.
