Requirements
- 5+ years in backend engineering (language agnostic).
- Deep experience with complex business logic products.
- Strong database skills: PostgreSQL, SQL, ORMs, migrations, and schema design.
- Experience deploying on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD and production-readiness fundamentals.
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
Responsibilities
- Design backend systems and APIs that run real-time, business-critical accounting logic.
- Ship features end to end including architecture, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
- Integrate third-party tools and external systems while managing edge cases and risk.
