Requirements
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
- Practical experience building or operating automation, AI-assisted workflows, or no-code/low-code tools in a production environment.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email.
- Experience with Liquid templating or similar dynamic content systems.
- Familiarity with production pipelines and operational rigor (documentation, naming conventions, change control).
- Clear, proactive communication and ownership of deliverables.
- Experience with Braze or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms (preferred).
- Experience with mobile deep linking platforms like Branch.io (preferred).
- Experience with inbox testing tools and client rendering QA (preferred).
- Experience working within a component-based design system (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assemble email templates in Braze from Figma designs and copy.
- Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows for template production.
- Design and implement an AI-based QA checklist for automated validation.
- Conduct end-to-end human QA, including link validation, rendering checks, and dynamic content verification.
- Manage content catalogs, versioning, and reusable blocks across partner programs.
- Troubleshoot and update HTML and Liquid code within existing templates.
- Generate, manage, and validate UTM tracking and deep links using platforms like Branch.io.
