Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Google Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Experience working with project management or ticketing tools such as Asana or Jira.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with Tracer (preferred).
- Experience working with retail, e-commerce, or fashion clients (preferred).
- Experience supporting agency or client reporting (preferred).
- Familiarity with BigQuery or SQL (preferred).
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the ongoing maintenance of client reporting dashboards built in Google Looker Studio.
- Respond to reporting requests through the Analytics support channel and manage work intake through Asana.
- Complete routine dashboard updates, including modifying elements, visualizations, and filters.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and perform quality assurance to ensure accuracy.
- Serve as the primary owner of the Analytics support queue, escalating complex requests as needed.
- Manage recurring reporting deliverables, such as monthly finance reports.
- Document reporting processes and contribute to reporting best practices.
- Partner with Performance & Analytics and client teams to deliver reporting solutions.
