Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Experience preparing annual budgets and performing financial statement analysis.
- Experience working with complex general ledgers related to month-end closing and reporting for domestic and international offices.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, key performance indicators, and ratio analysis.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting methods.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete annual budget and forecasting process, providing hand-offs to the International Controller and VP of Finance.
- Compile data for revenue, cost of goods, royalties, commissions, department expenses, capital expenditures, cash flow, and balance sheets.
- Maintain the budget database and update it with changes.
- Gather budget assumptions for each company.
- Research potential improvements in budget control procedures.
- Prepare five-year, quarterly, and as-needed revenue and financial forecasts.
- Prepare international financial statements for review by the International Controller.
- Assist the VP of Finance with treasury matters.
