Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization techniques.
- Confident knowledge of Python and a good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of statistics and hands-on experience with hypothesis testing and result generalizability.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with effective data visualization abilities.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Research direct-contract accommodation providers, hotel chains, and third-party providers to propose strategic, product, and process improvements.
- Develop and automate reporting for accommodation portfolios, ranging from SQL query templates to executive dashboards.
- Analyze internal and external data to enhance current hotel offerings.
- Participate in Product Discovery for the partner Extranet portal.
- Design and improve analytical algorithms, including prioritization, segmentation, and predictive models, to support the Business Development team.
