Requirements

- Proven experience in systematic hypothesis testing and working with growth metrics (views, CTR, installs, conversions).
- Ability to create content that generates business results rather than just views.
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy in building processes.
- Strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proactive and creative mindset with a desire to develop new growth channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies focused on reach, engagement, and app installs.
- Generate and systematically test content hypotheses for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Analyze competitors, trends, and content formats to adapt and scale successful approaches.
- Create and implement automation processes for posting, content production, and analytics.
- Monitor and interpret key performance metrics such as views, CTR, conversions, and installs to optimize strategy.
