Requirements

- At least 5 years of overall recruitment experience.
- 1–3 years of recruitment management experience.
- Proven experience leading high-volume, non-exempt hiring teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to use recruitment data and analytics to manage performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust strategies as needed.
- Experience building partnerships and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Inspirational leadership skills with experience coaching and managing performance.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including during inclement weather.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the performance and day-to-day activities of the Field Recruitment team.
- Partner with operations leaders and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across assigned markets using diverse sourcing strategies.
- Develop and refine employer-brand initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
- Recommend and implement digital marketing and grassroots recruiting campaigns.
- Lead the adoption of recruiting technologies and process improvements.
- Monitor recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and guide decision-making.
- Coach, mentor, and develop recruitment team members through training and evaluations.
- Travel regularly to support field operations and stakeholder needs.
