Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate product information, features, benefits, and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone
- Convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner in a real-time environment
- Manage multiple tasks, including active listening and navigating CRM systems simultaneously
- Achieve sales forecasts and gain product adoption and utilization
- Accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Maintain reliable, punctual attendance and adapt to fluctuating business needs
