Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with provider workflows, healthcare operations, and electronic health record (eHR) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate diverse inputs.
- Experience making prioritization decisions and tradeoff recommendations.
- Proven ability to adapt existing approaches to resolve ambiguous or non-routine product challenges.
- Strong communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of APIs and/or technical products.
- Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineering partners.
- Professional maturity to operate independently.
Responsibilities
- Independently own feature-level discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, and delivery within a defined product area.
- Translate complex customer and business problems into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Evaluate tradeoffs and make prioritization recommendations within scope, exercising sound judgment.
- Partner with engineering on planning, estimation, QA readiness, and release execution.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, and Support to clarify requirements and ensure smooth releases.
- Conduct customer interviews, feedback analysis, and usability assessments to identify root causes.
- Manage the product backlog and contribute data-driven insights to the broader product roadmap.
