Requirements
- 5+ years in a finance operations, treasury, or senior finance execution role.
- Experience in high-volume, high-transaction-count environments with significant operational scale.
- Demonstrated systems-first approach to problem-solving and process automation.
- Experience leading or overseeing finance operations teams, external partners, or cross-functional processes.
- Hands-on experience managing high-volume, multi-currency cash flows including USD, GBP, and AED.
- Proven track record building and implementing SOPs in finance operations.
- Experience managing external bookkeeping or accounting firms.
- Strong working knowledge of Xero, Wise, Whop, and corporate card platforms such as Pleo or Qashio.
- Ability to work independently, lead and direct others, and maintain operational grip.
- Experience with UAE corporate structures, specifically DMCC entities (highly desirable).
- Background in performance marketing businesses with high daily ad spend (highly desirable).
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily cash cycle across all entities including DMCC, Acquisity, and AI Broker.
- Oversee high-volume USD revenue flows and ensure seamless daily funding of GBP/AED corporate cards.
- Lead the migration of payment infrastructure from legacy systems to Qashio and implement virtual card platforms for automated ad spend.
- Audit manual finance processes and implement SOPs for cash management, reporting, payments, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with external bookkeeping partners to ensure Xero is accurate and structured properly.
- Deliver distilled, executive-ready reporting on cash positions and entity P&L.
- Manage the financial wind-down of the legacy UK entity.
