Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring design teams.
- Expert level in working with an in-house created design system.
- History of designing scalable user research and usability processes.
- Considerable experience working with Figma.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or marketplace product environments preferred.
- Proficiency in product analytics tools and UX writing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product design vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Manage the use and enhancement of a cohesive, scalable design system process.
- Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Work with product leadership to integrate design processes into the SDLC.
- Facilitate workshops and design reviews with stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Lead the creation of intuitive, functional designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability standards.
