Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid experience in software development and software architecture.
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or equivalent solutions.
- Experience with Git, REST APIs, process automation, and API design principles.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and technical documentation.
- Ability to explore, test, and implement new technologies with a research-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, collaboration abilities, and capacity to share technical knowledge.
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, autonomy, and focus on continuous improvement.
- Genuine interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to software engineering challenges.
Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of internal software development platforms powered by Artificial Intelligence.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-related assets such as Skills, Rules, Agents, and other artifacts used by engineering teams.
- Create and structure reusable knowledge bases optimized for AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop technical documentation designed for both engineers and AI consumption.
- Build automation solutions that reduce manual processes and improve software engineering productivity.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices applicable to software development.
- Participate in software architecture decisions and contribute to engineering standards and technical guidelines.
- Support developers in adopting AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed and software quality.
- Share technical knowledge through documentation, training sessions, and practical demonstrations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices through innovation and collaboration.
