Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience in B2B SaaS.
- 5+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with Azure or AWS cloud projects.
- 5+ years of system design experience.
- 5+ years working directly with customers.
- Expert knowledge of software security, performance, and scalability.
- Significant experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
- Excellent written communication skills and a positive attitude for remote collaboration.
- Self-starter capable of developing and improving engineering infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engineering strategy, vision, and technology roadmap.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team through active recruiting and upskilling.
- Coordinate the Information Security Management System (ISMS) as a member of the Information Security Team.
- Partner with the CEO, Product team, and leadership to shape product and company strategy.
- Ensure engineering solutions are scalable, secure, and stable for a B2B SaaS environment.
- Interface with customers to represent the engineering team and gather product insights.
