Requirements
- Currently pursuing (final-year student) or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Python and SQL for scripting and querying.
- Prior internship experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
- Strong preference for experience in a product-based, lean startup, specifically in logistics, ecommerce, or B2B SaaS domains.
- Demonstrated curiosity and drive to understand data gaps and anomalies.
- Ability to use AI tools for productivity while validating all outputs and maintaining the ability to work manually.
- High attention to detail with an ability to identify incorrect data trends.
- Strong sense of empathy and urgency regarding data reliability for customers.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
Responsibilities
- Check ingested and system-generated data for anomalies and gaps, tracing them to the source.
- Help build and run QA checks, report generation, and automations using Python and SQL.
- Assist the Data Analysts on day-to-day customer data queries and dashboard upkeep.
- Support new data-source integrations by connecting carrier and market data into the system.
- Document build processes and findings to ensure work is reusable and reliable.
