Requirements
- Proven experience shipping generative pipelines that are adopted and used daily.
- Production-grade workflow experience in ComfyUI or similar technologies, or equivalent code-first experience (e.g. diffusers).
- Strong Python skills, including automation, API integrations, and custom node development.
- Expertise in end-to-end LoRA training, from dataset curation to evaluation.
- Proficiency with control techniques across modalities (t2i, i2i, i2v, v2v) including ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting, and reference conditioning.
- Experience deploying pipelines as internal tools.
- Visual literacy sufficient to establish and maintain a high quality bar.
- Confident English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Nice to have: Experience with 3D/render-hybrid workflows (Blender or CAD).
- Nice to have: Experience with LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and automated prompt generation.
- Nice to have: Experience producing visuals for performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Architect and run the AI Media Production platform utilizing ComfyUI, GPU environments, and one-click UIs.
- Ship modular, versioned, reproducible generative pipelines using node-based or code-first approaches.
- Develop one-click presets and use cases for image and video generation.
- Train LoRAs end-to-end from product photography to production-ready models.
- Implement control-first generation pipelines incorporating ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting, and reference conditioning.
- Engineer automated quality control checks against product references directly into the pipeline.
- Build a creative intelligence loop to encode successful asset performance into reusable styles and presets.
- Own the technical roadmap in collaboration with the Design Director and drive tool adoption.
